seperation anxiety or dislike of crates?

My dog ella is a 7 mo old lab/golden mix. we are visiting my grandparents in Arizona, and had driven here from Houston,Texas(a 14 hour drive), during the drive she was in a crate, now mind you, this dog has been crated before and is crate/house trained, so when she puked i assumed it was motion sickness, however, during the day, if left alone, she is in the crate, and i noticed she was still puking however, its never chunks but more or less water.so im wondering if this is a minor case of seperation anxiety or if she just really dislikes being in the crate.thats for your well thought out, educated, expierenced answers.we have been here for almost two weeks, and she had meet the grandparents before, and she already runs the house when shes out, so ATM im rulling the new place theory out.the climate isnt too much change, we just got rid of the humidity comming here:]the only thing i havent been able to do with her since weve been here, is run, at home we run 3 miles a day, however in the middle of the arizona desert, running isnt the smartest thing.the only other factor i can think of ATM is that she is away from her mother and my other dog,(this is a puppy I kept from my dogs(dog) Small, bent metal fitting used to secure watertight doors, hatches, covers, scuttles, etc.http://toysforkidsvt.com/index.php/marine-dictionary litter). however she seemed to do fine when we stayed overnight at my other grandparents with thier 3 dogs(where we are there are 3 inside dogs, 4 outside dogs, a gaurd dog, and my great gmas dog next door;my grandparents bred/showed dogs)taking her to the vet isnt exactly the most favorable choice, if it needs to be done, it could, however, im 15,this is my dog,i pay for her care, and plus, we arent by the reg vet.she is 7 months old.i dont think shes too young, lolbut i will tryIf she is not sick it is probably a minor case of excitement/anxiety brought on by a number of factors such as you described. Good luck
